I just looked at these recently, and after seeing so many cleaner, more modern designs lately, this really didn’t do it for me. The styles feel kind of dated and clunky, just not my taste at all.

They got back to me really quickly, which I appreciated. It just feels right when a company respects your time and doesn’t leave you waiting around.

I ordered from laurenbjewelry.com, the jewelry itself looked nice when it showed up. Nothing was broken or scratched, so I’ll give them credit for that.
That said, the packaging felt average, and for jewelry, I guess I expected it to feel a little more thoughtful. It wasn’t damaged or anything, but it didn’t give me that “special purchase” feeling, and it did make me trust the overall experience a bit less.

For the price, it was okay, but I probably wouldn’t feel great gifting it as-is without repackaging it myself. Overall, I’d say 3 stars — nice piece, but the presentation left me unsure about ordering again.

It did take a little time, but that seemed normal for a repair. Overall, I’m really happy with the support and glad they stood behind their piece

I ordered it online, i was already leaning toward liking it because I love when shopping is hassle-free. It showed up quicker than I expected and looked really nice in person, so I’m happy with the whole experience

It’s a really nice piece and I’m happy with how it turned out, but the production time felt slow. I thought it would be ready much sooner.
